Dinner at BJ's Bar and Grill

Nanny B and Papa Al have been at our house, Papa Al working on more crown molding and painting while Nanny B spends her standard grandma time with Tay. We went out to dinner one night and had such a relaxing time, particularly because BJ had a large project due before we went to Maui and I was finishing up my final weekend of my 1st year of school! Well deserved dinner out.

Today Nanny B and mommy took Taylor to Pretend City in Irvine, on Tuesday which is mommy's day with Taylor. It was such a fun place!!!

This is an outfit that Nanny M and Papa Bill sent from Maui. Taylor is gettin' ready for her own vacation to Maui!

The reason behind the funny smile is that she was imitating the Tiki behind her...haha!

Tuesdays at home with mommy

After a nap I let her play in daddy's jeep in the garage (with the door open to the house of course). Well, I peeked out at one point and saw this:

After a quick bath she went for a second play round in the jeep

After that long play time in the Jeep she got hungry...our flower child who loves Tofu (in clothes that she picked out from the pile that is being put away because they are too small...hehe)!

Tuesdays at the movies

AMC theaters offer $1 movies on Tuesdays throughout the summer so I took advantage of a few of them to try to teach Taylor how to sit through a movie at a theater. After about 20 minutes, this is where Taylor ended up spending her time. Haha!

July 4th with the Trax's

Today Laura, Noah, Rawley, and Aesa came over for swimming, dinner and fireworks. As always the kids had a ton of fun together and we all enjoyed the fireworks from our roof. A first at our house too, Aesa feel asleep in the pack-and-play so the rest of the family could stay a bit longer than normal and hang out...so fun!







Aesa loves to splash so we let Taylor squeeze water on his head which made her stay in and enjoy the pool a little longer.
